Un appel d'offres majeur a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en 2019. Il a attir\u00e9 la participation de plus de 100 entreprises du monde entier. Mais c'est le fabricant de lampadaires LED Ningbo Kangyan qui a remport\u00e9 cet appel d'offres gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la haute qualit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la fiabilit\u00e9 de sa technologie. Ce projet porte sur 70 000 lampadaires LED.
